Customer Orders –

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase.  Delivery to customers residing in North America will take up to 1-2 weeks.  Customers residing overseas will receive their orders within 2-4 weeks.  If you would like your order rushed, please select the correct shipping option (additional charges apply), and we will accommodate your request immediately.

Special Orders –

We understand that everyone loves one of a kind pieces that no one else has.  Please take a look at our “Limited Edition” page, as we offer pieces that have inspired us but have not been included in our collection and are unique from every other piece that Black Carat has to offer. 

If you have something specific in mind that you would like us to make your idea into a reality.  Please feel free to contact us and we will discuss your options and go from there.

Customizing your Order –

Please email info@blackcaratjewellery.com regarding any minor changes to our designs that you would like us to make.  We will automatically accommodate changes for bracelet sizing if the standard size we offer is not adequate for the person who will be wearing one of our pieces.  Depending on the changes that are to made, additional charges may apply.  Please note, any custom work done to our pieces are final sale.

The Stones We Use –

All the stones that we use when creating our pieces are hand picked to ensure they are of the highest quality.  As a result, no stone are exactly the same as hues may be more vibrant on one piece compared to another.  Each stone has their own appeal and are paired with other materials in order to create something beautiful for you.

Return and Exchanges –

All jewellery made by Black Carat are created with care and precision.  Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want you to enjoy our products to its full extent.  However, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accommodate exchanges for another product or provide you with a store credit  that will enable you to use whenever you desire. Exchanges for another product or store credit are welcomed within 14 days of receiving shipment.  Shipping Costs are not included in the exchanges or credits that are processed.  Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept any returns for our products. All purchases are final on items that have been customized or discounted.

Repairs –

For all inquires regarding repairs please email info@blackcaratjewellery.com.  Black Carat will assess the repair that needs to be made and determine if we can accommodate your request.  Please note,  repairs on items are only accepted for up to 1 year after date of purchase.

Payments – 

Black Carat accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).  All transactions are processed securely through stripe.  Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice regarding your order with the total dollar amount.  This will include any applicable taxes and shipping & handling charges.  All prices on our website and invoice will be listed in Canadian dollars.

Taxes – 

All orders that are shipped within Canada will be charged an HST rate based on the province where our merchandise is being mailed to .  All orders being shipped to the United States and all other international countries are responsible for all taxes and import duties being charged by the countries they reside in.
